Dental Implants

Dental Implants can be used to replace one or a number of missing teeth. An implant consists of an artificial titanium post ( root portion ) which is placed directly into the jaw bone. This titanium post osseointegrates ie fuses with the jaw bone.

Dental implants can also be used to support a number of dental prosthesis such as crowns, implant supported bridges and dentures.

Radiographs and other tests will be required to determine your suitability to have a dental implant.
